There ara some rumours about an upcomming GPL(ish) license with a no military/agency clause. If this materializes in a reasonable time, this will be the choosen one. Sorry for the wait. Regardless of license we will be fine if this tool is used for good stuff. Like texts describing unicorns and rainbows..
