Guess at cure triggers the epidemic fax

I have noticed that if you were to click on the guess at cure/send for treatment button in the patient dialog that it triggers the epidemic outbreak fax.

Not sure if this is desired or correct, what do you think?

The condition is one patient fully diagnosed and this would make the criteria met. It potentially makes the epidemic a little bit harder but I think we can probably keep it in unless we get big complaints about it.

Just had something interesting happen, patent walks in spreads it to another by changing disease. Then it spread to a third with the same disease who had been diagnosed and was on his way for treatment. This triggered the fax as he was diagnosed, but the first two have not even sat down yet.

Perhaps the fax should only be triggered if the patient concerned is in a GP office?

Hmm yes this is probably the best idea, I can see why it happens, it only checks for "diagnosed". We can either do the reveal in the GP like you say or only make non-diagnosed patients contagious (as is for those with a different disease)

It should only now infect other people if the are not diagnosed so this should be fixed I hope.
