Badges updates #13

I have updated all the badges where I have:

Fixed a small deformation in the flag
Conserved the same height for the badges: 20px
Changed the font for the label (IStandWithPalestine,..etc)
Used rounded corners on the left and right sides of the badge
Added a profile picture "IStandWithPalestine" in "/badges" folder
Updated the Readme.md file with previews of the different badges
