Did I missed something ? I am getting this error #41

Check the provided credentials from the safaricom sit. The app may not be connected

Thanks, it's working now but to go live is a bit complicated.

How do you get the safari username and password I have contacted mpessa but they couldn't understand why I need it so I have explained its for LNMpessa API but looks like they never heard that before, where can I get this credential if I need to go live.
