style conflict when used with vuetify #189

Describe the bug when used with an app that uses vuetify, everything is distorted and the styling is off

To Reproduce

start a nuxt app with typescript
choose vuetify as style framework
build a page and use the advanced usage example
observe the isse

p.s. some eslint and tsconfig file modification is needed to remove initial errors

Expected behavior the style should be pretty
