mathjax v2 + assistive mathml --> sometimes crashes cocalc #5983

I'm recording this bug. If you select "assistive mathml " in mathjax, sometimes cocalc shows the crashe handler, e.g., when editing math in a markdown document.

I'm not going to directly try to fix this... instead, I'm more and more thinking we should just switch 100% to mathjax v3.

Workaround: right click on mathjax output and make sure "assistive mathml " is not checked:
