New release with fix for #14 #21

https://github.com/sahandha/eif/issues/14 prevents installing the latest version of eif from pip.

This issue is fixed on master, but not on the latest release (from Nov 14): https://github.com/sahandha/eif/releases

@sahandha could you make a new release and push it to https://pypi.org/ ? I think that will solve a lot of the issues people are posting about in https://github.com/sahandha/eif/issues/14

I just wanted to bump this issue— a new release on pypi would be handy!
