lit-review bugs: table citations are not following citation format. They are in latex rather than markdown and is likely due to this issue.

case study 3 bugs: In theory this should work as is, but I'll need to test it once casebase pull-request is complete

A few comments regarding your tables. I'm not sure what you mean @Jesse-Islam by "table citations are not following citation format", but if I try to knit the file and look at the log file, it says:

LaTeX Warning: Label `tab:my-table' multiply defined.
LaTeX Warning: Label `tab:my-table' multiply defined.

And indeed, if I quickly search through the source file, I can see that you've used the same label tab:my-table for three different tables. That's probably why you didn't get the results you expected.
