Turning these settings on and off does not produce this behavior for me. You
can use the button on the FastFolders page to remove all custom buttons created
by 7plus. If you click OK/Apply, all explorer buttons will be added again.
FastFolder buttons are currently only updated when the setting is turned on or
when a FastFolder directory is changed.

I think your issue can happen if you mess with the configuration files. Have
you done anything manually?

Thanks, removed all buttons.
Manual editing - no, never.

Here we go: Few tries to turn off ID 231 and 826. Not luck, but here is the
result

Disabling them doesn't work indeed, but I can't manage to get duplicate
entries. It might be better to completely clear the custom buttons when
applying settings, but this operation takes a few seconds so I would rather not
do it unconditionally.

It might be better to completely clear the custom buttons when applying
settings - how to do it, just advice me?

That was a note to myself for a possible change in code, don't worry about it.

I fixed the issue about enabling/disabling events (and especially explorer
button).

I will release an update shortly, please let me know if that helps once it's
out.

Is it still happening?

Yes, it happens.
From time to time I'm clear all that custom buttons with option in 7+ and still
live with them.
There is no logic in appearance, some time are two "New text file" and after
start 3-4 times of Explrer - there are 4+ buttons "New text file"

Strange. I have no idea right now how this can happen, but I'll check out the
code again later.
