With explorer windows, it would slide to a corner easily but wont popped out
with pressing WIN key.
I have discovered this defect with applications only.
One thing more, once the window is been slides over to a corner, now pressing
the key combination wont work to get it back only placing mouse over that
corner bring the window back.

I suppose you mean that it pops out when the Win key is pressed the second time?
I agree with you that this shouldn't happen (and doesn't on explorer windows).
It looks like a minor issue but I'll keep it in mind.

Sliding maximized windows is not supported since they are not supposed to be
moved. It might be possible to work around it, but that's not really the point
of this feature. If you would do it you would barely be able to make the window
slide out again with the mouse, since the window covers up most of the screen.

The slide window hotkey is not supposed to slide a window into the screen. This
is because 7plus also supports more than one slide window per side.
Alternatively you can activate the window through the taskbar or Alt+Tab if you
don't hide it.
