Accessor broken, doesn't replace {$1} with parameters #367

ALT+SPACE opens the Accessor window as expected, and typing a keyword (e.g. 
"leo") selects the expected command, but subsequent parameters are not inserted 
into the target URL as expected.

e.g. "leo 7plus" should result in http://dict.leo.org/ende?search=7plus but URL 
that loads is http://dict.leo.org/ende?search=${1}

(new installation of 7plus 2.5.0 on new machine, default settings)

Accessor is being rewritten for the next version so this should get fixed.
