Updated to V12, but the version in module.json is still 0.2.0 #4

The V12-compatible version of Actor Link Indicator cannot be automatically updated in The Forge because module.json still says

"version": "0.2.0"

so The Forge thinks it's the same module and does not reload it from github.

A moderator of the FoundryVTT discord has suggested the following: "it would be good if they can release the 0.3.1 version (with the module.json change) to "latest" so there is no confusion."
