Sometimes can't receive SMS on PinePhone #17

Hi. I was wondering if this is normal/expected: sometimes, I don't receive the SMS that other people send to me. I have the same issues with other Linux distros. I have updated the modem firmware by following these instructions. Thanks for telling me what's the status on this.
