Missing file remote_utils.py #12

As per the title. The file is imported by mnli.py -- but it's not there.

Thanks for pointing this out!

Feel free to remove/comment-out the code blocks whenever that file is used. This file is used mostly in settings when we need to sync data across multiple servers (for convenience).
