Translation of the pre-junior skills. @DmitrievDmitriyA @salmer Doesn't Github allow selecting a reviewer instead of mentioning in the comments? Or maybe I lack the rights?

On the right side of the PR you can choose reviewers and send them requestsю

On the right side of the PR you can choose reviewers and send them requestsю I can't (no active elements there), so I guess it's the latter.
