An update to the README.md file where I've created a video walkthrough for getting started with this project.

Describe the problem you have without this PR

I was having trouble getting started with the app locally, and thought that an improvement to the documentation in the form of a getting started video would be helpful. This video walkthrough is in response to issue https://github.com/salomonelli/best-resume-ever/issues/438
