seeking during playback restarts playback #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag slider bar forward 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The time advances, but the track is still playing in the same spot

What version of the product are you using? On what device / Android
version?
Htc incredible, android 2.1

The same thing happens to me on my DroidX.

Also happens on HTC Droid Incredible with Android 2.2.  Dragging the slider 
backwards or forwards starts playing the beginning of the podcast, even when 
the podcast has been fully downloaded.  (ref: The Wall Street Journal This 
Morning podcast, October 19, 2010)
