System Stuttering #2

Haven't fully explored this one yet. At least when running the system through a CalDigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 dock with a Schiit Modi 3 DAC and other USB peripherals, I get a lot of audio stutter doing anything moderately intensive. I'm pretty sure I had this on my HP G7 and the fix was to tune the CPU with CPUFriend and CPUFriendDataProvider.

Did some research, issue is not exclusive to USB audio devices, it happens on internal audio as well. Actually entire system halts for a half second every few minutes. I realized that Samsung NVMe drives do not play nice with macOS Ventura above, as there is multiple AppleNVMe errors being spammed in the Console every few milliseconds. So I bought a Western Digital SN850X 2TB as they're known to play nice with macOS. I will update the thread when I get the new drive and I hope it helps with some of these issues.

Yeah no the WD drive didn't fix anything, except make the system boot much quicker. This issue seems to exhibit itself the most when streaming Jellyfin of all things. I have been able to stream youtube and amazon prime video and I rarely get a stutter. I absolutely have no idea what is causing the issue, this platform is just super cursed.
