A little help on screen resolution and BIOS #3

I have the same laptop model as yours. However, I get stucked at still waiting for root devices. I suspect it is the either 4K screen resolution and BIOS settings is the cause. Can you provide your screen resolution and some more detailed BIOS settings please?

"Waiting for Root Device" means your installer USB isn't being properly recognized. Make sure you're using a compatible USB hub. You shouldn't have to change any BIOS options other than CFG Lock to make it boot.

Finally I got my 4k UHD version Dell XPS13 7390 hackintoshed with UHD630 video acceleration. (This sentence contains some keywords for potential googler).

According to the Reference Manual of WhateverGreen, I add "-igfxmpc" in the boot-arg to the Big Sur EFI folder @sambow23 provided and video card works as expected.
