Up the default limit? #36

50 seems quite low. My vote is 250, but higher may be better. We're trading some db time for a huge amount of round trips to get access to the full data set.

Thinking about this more. We don't guarantee order at all, and now have 2.7 million records in contributions. 50 records is really, really small if someone wants to track any particular field over time, for example. We need to up this a lot.
