Imaging metadata #1

Hi @samreenanjum thanks for putting this dataset together! We are trying to reuse the dataset and would like to know imaging metadata such as the objective lens and the pixel size. If you do not have those at hand, can you point out the original source on Nikon's website?

Found the source. Seems to be 40x 0.85 NA.

Still interested to know the pixel size though.

Hi zit-liu, you can find imaging metadata in the paper as well as on the challenge website

The pixel size is 400x320.

Hi @samreenanjum, by 'pixel size' I mean the physical size of each pixel. For example, a sCMOS camera may have pixels that are 6.5 μm. This combined with the magnification gives the sampling rate of the image.
