It should be possible to identify the condition (i.e. items present) of a
base from the location view or, ideally, from a summary dialog.

What we've got on this will do for 0.29, we'll take another look before 0.30.

Current base list in location dialog has no room for additional info. We would
need to resort to either using a several lines per base or resort to ugly
acronyms, or both. For example, how would "Network: Facility Interconnection
Switch" or "CPU: Quantum Computer MK3 x 600 (max)" fit the base list?

Even *if* we somehow manage to display it, the list will be very crowded and
confusing, defeating its purpose.

The only viable and elegant solution I see is an additional "Details" button on
location dialog that would toggle the list to "detailed" or "summary" (current)
mode.
So how about it?

Anyway, shifting to release++, since I don't see this in the foreseable future.
