[MZ] Better path resolution (relates to prod on/off) + chatbox fix (+ register display improvements)

1. The production OFF now uses the project folder as reference
2. Prevent the JS scripts to load twice with id verification
3. Prevent main.js.run() to run a second time on production
4. Fixed an ID selector in the chatbox, messages now display in chatbox
