Implement validation in Avalon Work type

Description

What shouldn't be validated anymore? What should be changed?

Identified Types of validation:

• Against controlled vocabulary #131
• Required/not required (already copied from Avalon 6)
• Date validation
• URI

First pass of validation—form is submitted, page is refreshed, error messages displayed to user. Front end validation will be implemented later.

Done looks like

• Determine where/how we are doing validation
• Implement validation using Hyrax patterns
  • Date Validation
  • URI
  • Others as required

i think this should be turned into a master issue.

Validations moved to the form, so this should be more straightforward in current Hyrax/Valkyrie.
