This repository has seen no commits since sep 2013. there are a lot of good pull requests pending, and this is too good a project to let it go to waste. So what do we do?

what do we do depends on whether the author see this situation and take some actions such as having some collaborators or hand it over to someone who is capable of maintaining it.
