Remove $Id$ lines from all files #49

The cvs/svn keywords are not supported with git.

We could also consider to drop the changelog entries from the single files. It easily get out of sync with the real changes and git can provide you with a list of changes of a specific file, too.

I did not touch the Changelog entry in lib/vlib/vlibTemplate.php (line 1408) because it is a change in an "external" library.
