German translation #2

Hey there, nice and simple app you have built there!

I have translated the descriptions and the title into German and also added German to the list of available languages in the full description (however, it still needs to be added to the Dutch translation).

Also, do you have yet added a way to translate the full app into another language, or is currently only the metadata easily translatable?

Thank you for contributing! It would be great if you could indeed also add a german values xml file to translate the app itself. See https://github.com/sanderbaas/WeatherWidget/blob/master/app/src/main/res/values-nl/strings.xml for the Dutch version.
