Is the name of the world "world1"? If so is it a multiplayer world? If so just
put the world into single player on your computer, load it then save. Next, put
it back on your phone and see if it works.
Also try the file manager "Astro File Manager" if not already, it works really
well when I'm putting on minedroid.
Lastly, try the latest update, it might have fixed it.

by stuck how long have you left it going? is it stuck for a minuet and thats
how long you've waited or more like 5? and you have a sd card installed with
some space left? also do try the above suggestion first, it is pretty much the
standard procedure for minedroid installation

I tried the above mentioned steps and had no luck. I've waited over 5 minutes,
just letting the phone sit. I have a 16gb SD Card with over 8gb left. I'm still
on Gingerbread 2.3.3, DROID X.

is there a .minecraft folder on the sdcard? it should be auto created, if it is
there delete it and re open minedroid, if its not created theres a problem...
perhaps put the world1 on the root of the sd or create the folders
.minecraft/saves/ on the root and put world 1 in there.
