MongoDB install fails on Ubuntu 16.04 #66

Using the bionic repo for mongodb 4.2. leads to a dependency on libssl1.1 and libcurl4 which are not available on Ubuntu 16.04. Changing the repository to xenial resolves the install issue. I did not test this fix!
