Armor cannot be wear // Plume tempering. #47

Plate/Chain/Cloth set cannot be wear by rightful class (glad, templar, 
chanter), it gives error. I believe it has something to do with the new Item 
templates.xml. Also, there are a lot of items missing for the new 
item_template.xml, the old one has more items.

Also, After tempered plume, the stats doesn't change, for example it doesn't 
add up attack for attack plume.
