Changes to view and set real blind position and refactor based on HA core requirements #14

Hi, Based on my blinds and previous Tradfri integration i repaired current and target status. Before it, blinds were moving to opposite position than you choose in HA gui.

Also I made some refactor based on Ruff and precommit from HA Core. Most changes were provided by ha core container. I provided my own from this HA tutorial: https://developers.home-assistant.io/docs/development_environment/
