Hi Brian, thank you for your help with updates! Good catch! This page is still under construction, and my colleague and I will update it soon.
I also have two favors if you do not mind. I tested the website and get started page which are not working, would you happen to know how to sort it out? The rworkflow fails, if the issue is about the dock, can you help to set up it? Please let me know if you have thoughts on those questions. Also, if you by any chance could help to directly solve these issues, I am happy to add you as a collaborator so that it is easier for you to edit and push. Thank you so much and wish you a wonderful Chrismas!!!

Ok, no problem!

That's bc the website hasn't successfully built yet. It only builds once all the previous steps in the workflow have passed. Atm, I think the workflow is failing bc it doesn't have the necessary GitHub token (or at least one with the right credentials?). Were you able to set up the following steps? https://github.com/sankaranlab/SCAVENGE/pull/10#issuecomment-1360382957

Try to set up the GitHub Token and adding it as a GitHub Secret and see if that helps. If you're still having trouble with this after that I can try helping more directly.
Thank you so much and wish you a wonderful Chrismas!!!
Thanks, you too! 🎄
