Service Pack 2 - Installer #205

Hi I have a question about the installation, so there's a 3.8.0 which installs fast and easily on Windows 7 but there's a 3.8.2 version which has more advantages (SA PS2) but cannot be installed on Win 7 SP1 and the question is, I installed it after updating my pc to Windows 10 but later when I saw the awful performance I downgraded to 7 again and then everything worked perfectly even without service pack 1. Why the installer requires service pack 2 if the files works normally with and without it?

Oh sorry, It now launches, but I had that problem
