meta2 update #5

This issue to keep track of updates to bhs-meta2 (of csl-orig repository). Such updates need to be done when there are (substantial) changes in the tagging or language markup. So the issue can be kept open. Issue started in response to this request.

The method can be taken as a guide to similar updates for other dictionaries, so that the xxx-meta2.txt file information is reasonably up to date.
