Replacing pwkvn_hwextra with Lbody #428

Provide alternate markup for alternate headwords in PWKVN Dictionary (a separete 'dictionary' for the supplements (VN) to PW dictionary.

Conversion finished -- very similar to pw conversion (of #427) Work is here.
