termStats report needs to support UTF8 #129

Much trouble getting a loadfile that would represent UTF8 and not hose on
load. May have to do with 
1) Not saving in proper form
2) calling .sql instead of .txt (!!)

Deferring to 1.2 as currently have an index loaded and functional for now
(after much fiddling with text editors).
