Support SQL loadfile for hooks loading #141

Currently only supports INSERT file. Need to (also) support loadfile for
faster loading, consistent model from manager app. Ensure user is prompted
for choice, but default to loadfile.

Added code to export methods to support SQL loadfile output. Added code to
UI to choose format, choose file, and persist path for next time.
