Better support for ancillary media #144

Build in support for ancillary media - should have separate source info,
and have a type (e.g., catCard) that distinguishes from the main images.
Allow getting from source, and producing a loadfile. Perhaps just allow
multiple image source info - could even merge into a single loadfile. Need
to specify whether to compute aspect ratio or not. Allow fixed aspect? Any
thumb support?
