Add support to define the primary image for an object #145

Add support to define the primary image in images table, and then cache
into the objects table accordingly.

Consider how this would work in UI - Admin users should be able to choose
the primary image.

What about getting this into the TMS DB? If we pull image data from TMS,
then we will lose all the primary image choices. Can we export our primary
image data into TMS? I think there is a place for this in TMS - is it used?
