limes: several API updates #9

The main part is:

[ ] split types for resource data and rate data (following the recent split of the respective APIs)

Since this causes a version bump and also includes backwards-incompatible changes, I'm packing on a few other improvements at the same time:

[x] remove obsolete ExternallyManaged attribute
[x] use generics to reduce code duplication in json.Marshaler/json.Unmarshaler implementations
