Update templates when updating the sapfluxnetr package (New function) #17

We need a function that updates the templates (Reports, sfn_monitor, run scripts....) when a new version of the sapfluxnetr package is installed. In this way, we can achieve version control over templates (they are in the package).

Function df_copy_templates was added but lacks its vignette

Some improvements made in function df_copy_templates, but still lacks its test (just started as J7) and its vignette.

PS: M'hi vaig adaptant, Jordi, tot i que és tot un món i vaig aprenent a poc a poc. Fins la setmana vinent!
