New template and fixes #205

You can find my theme attached.
I thought maybe phpliteadmin should get new modern theme and this is my
approach to it.
BTW there are few things that should be changed since it's not the best way how
it works currently. Like you should use th instead of td with tdheader class
and CSS reset should be done first for all elements that are styled.
I've also switched to ems instead of pixels for fonts since this is the right
way.
There are also simple little tweaks that should be done in CSS and I can do all
of that and fix needed things in php since I'm also a php programmer but
thought I should drop some info here first.

I would like to set it up for inclusion as default theme, but if nothing else
please include it in the themes pack.

Looks nice and clean, thanks! Only strange details: the links under the title
are a bit misaligned (Fx, Chrome).

We can definitely include it in the theme pack, although I would advise against
changing default style at the moment, since I am planning to change a good part
of the page structure as soon as I can :)

Ok, as for the links I thought that was from the default theme I based it on.
Will check it, thx for the info.

Hi, I checked it and this is the same in Default/phpliteadmin.css which I used
as a base from themes pack.
Fixed and attached below for the completeness.
(Now it looks to me that the whole theme is a little bit too bright, but I'll
wait for you to change page structure before further action)

Thanks for your theme. I agree, it looks nice and clean.
I just updated the themes pack and included your theme in there.

Almost everybody creating a new theme proposes it as the new default theme ;-)

I think when it's time for it, we should create a poll where users can vote for
the new default theme.

It doesn't have to be default but I think phpliteadmin needs new modern theme
so if in some time you want to have a new theme and need somebody, I can help ;)
Thanks.
