Unable to Install the Android #475

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the android stencils and sketching ZIP archive files
2. Choose "Install New Collection" from the "tools" menu
3. Choose the ZIP file from the file browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the collection to be installed and icons to appear in the 
"Collections" pane

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Happens on Version 1.2 (Stand Alone) and 1.3.4 (Firefox extension)

I am using Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin)
