Enhancement Mixer-Switch configuration #29

Would be nice for the Mixers to auto-detect the switch to be used.

In the Menu "Edit Mix CHx": When blinking cursor is on position ´"- SWTCH":
If switch is activated automatically detect which switch and which position.
Is a feature on many commercial RC Systems.

PS: can´t chosse "type: Enhancement" instead of "defect" - am I stupid or does 
GUI not allow?

switch is recognized when changed -> r140
