Supply voltage blinks #60

If we have supply voltage for example between 8.3v and 8.2v, it displays as 
digit 3 and 2 blinks without stop, replaces each other I could not reproduce 
this problem myself, but my friends asked to report about. Sure, it is not 
important bug, but nice to have it fixed.

ok, i saw this effect by myself, it results from filtering / jitter of 
measurement.
perhaps i should reduce the refreshrate of the battery voltage.
