Contradicting with GPL License #184

@sarim, @torifat, Please see, the question May I combine MPLed code and GPL-licensed code in the same binary?. As explained there, I am unable to put all your code in any GPL codes like Lomori Keyboard. But if you change the license or put it in dual license, It could help. Or specially, you can give me an email permission that only stays with me. Please, consider this. There's a lot people who would will to use the avro layout in UT. @HackerShohag Licence is now MPL 2.0. Follow this instructions: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/MPL/2.0/combining-mpl-and-gpl/

Hi @sarim! I think the license upgrade motivates a new official release to make it clear. The Debian archive maintainers pay close attention to license info being accurate, and this change is not suitable for a distro patch.

If you submit a release, please consider whether to include 276fcafa. That commit is not in Debian/Ubuntu yet.

@gunnarhj Thanks for letting me know. It was back in my mind that I wanted to mention you about how to handle the license change in debian/ubuntu packages, but you beat me to it :D I was planning a release this weekend. I got another little idea, I want to try it over the weekend. Regardless if its success or not, it'll do a release :)
