The following events should generate email notifications:
An institution links the ID of a speaker or a judge: Send to linked user
An open team links the account of a speaker other than themselves: Send to speaker
A convenor de-registers a team, institution, or judge: Send to all affected parties.
A user de-links themselves from an institutional reg: Send to institution owner
A user de-links themselves from an open-team reg: Send to team owner.
The following events should generate email notifications:
