The open source release of SAS Clinical Standards Toolkit is a direct port of the last production release with minor modifications to adapt to a new deployment architecture.

Update Define-XML 2.0 stylesheet to final PhUSE stylesheet #2
By making a contribution to this project, I certify that:

When the final CST version was published the stylesheet used in Define-XML 2.0 was still in development in the PhUSE "Define-XML v2.0 Stylesheet Recommendations" project. The final stylesheet was published in November 2018 (https://phuse.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/Deliverables/Optimizing+the+Use+of+Data+Standards/Define-XML+v2.0+Stylesheet+Recommendations.zip). This PR adds the final stylesheet. The stylesheet was tested with the following programs:
No code changes were required.
