This is a known issue with the game itself; the first pressings crash on startup with a controller plugged in. Workaround is unplug the controllers until you get to the title screen, or use an ISO with the bugfix. A crash at this point on this version of the game is expected behavior.

Your SHA hash also seems to suggest you may have a bad dump (but that isn't why the game is crashing).
