BiblioWoods-BoP http://www.bibliocraftmod.com/?page_id=50#bibliowoods - why is this not added in Beyond Reality even though it has BiblioCraft and Biomes O' Plenty?

Highlands? http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/2104582-forge-highlands-2-2-3-updated-february-19 - 44 new biomes, and Beyond Reality has it as optional

https://github.com/satoshinm/modpack/pull/49 Add new dimensions: Mystcraft, Atum, Dimdoors, Erebus, Betweenlands - this occupied a lot of biomes, hopefully, still some left.
